TERMS OF BUSINESS

1. PRICES All prices include V.A.T. where applicable, and are correct at time of posting but are subject to changes without notice. Specifications could also be changed without notice. The prices posted on the internet are deemed to be current to and including the date posted at the bottom of each page.

2. GUARANTEE Products are Guaranteed from date of supply for a minimum period of 90 days and up to 2 years dependent on product. Goods must be used in accordance with instructions and not misused. If in doubt about Guarantees please ask. Original Guarantees by manufacturer will be provided if supplied.

3. WRONG ORDERS Wrongly ordered products would be charged a 30% for restocking and handling charges. Unsuitable items ordered in good faith can be returned in perfect condition within 7 days for exchange or money back less any post and packing charges. Our experts are available to match a product for your needs using all the information available from yourself. DTVS will take no responsibility for unsuitably ordered items. Camera/Camcorder batteries should be checked immediately for correct fitting before charging. a charged battery will deemed to have been used forfeiting all money back guarantees after 7 days unless proved to be defective.

4. SHORTAGE, DAMAGE, NONE DELIVERY Any shortages must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt of item. Damages should be notified to carrier immediately and to ourselves. None delivery must not be reported until 4 working days. Most items are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

5. PAYMENT Goods will not pass to the purchaser until full payment is received. Cheques of £50 or over will be cleared before dispatch of goods.

6. POST AND PACKING Charges for post and packing are shown on each page. Delivery is usually 3 days by second class post under 800gm. Small items first class post extra. Heavy items 3 days Parcel Force or next day extra.  Chargers all go first class post.

7. CALLERS Callers are welcome but please ring first. Due to the busy nature of our business please specify estimated arrival times within 30 minuets either way so that personal attention can be provided. In the event of late arrival the goods specified will be available through an assistant only. Goods will NOT be saved without payment first and no responsibility will be taken for unavailable items after calling.

8. CREDIT CARDS Credit card orders are no longer taken due to the fact that we are now winding down the busuness, all items while stocks last at these low low prices. Callers cash only.

9. GOODS Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. Notification will be sent of any delays. It's best to check first by email or phone if in doubt.

10. FAULTY GOODS Authorization must be obtained from DTVS before return of goods. Items must be well packed with all original boxes, instruction etc. DTVS reserve the right to refuse exchange where items are broken or missing or used against makers instructions. It's up to the customer to ensure items purchased are correct for the intended use; damage caused by incorrect uses cannot be rectified by DTVS. Returned items found NOT to be faulty may incur a testing fee of £5.00 per product, any cost of return postage in these cases MUST be met by the purchaser, Remember faulty items are very rare due to our special quality control. Always check and expect problems with your own battery/charger rather than the goods supplied. DTVS check out all chargers and most batteries prior to shipment. Other items undergo a batch testing on every shipment. No action will be taken on returned goods without authorisation number and returned items will remain in limbo. You must obtain this number by phone before returning goods.

DTVS the only power you ever need! All products and prices can change without notice most items available ex stock. Catalogue is updated monthly but DTVS takes no responsibility for items listed that are no longer available. Chargers and batteries are tested prior to dispatch saving the return of any faulty items later. Bubble packs may be open with a label stating that it was opened for testing. This does NOT indicate seconds or used items.
